MS4® CRP

MS4-CRP from Melet Schloesing Laboratories is an automatic in vitro diagnostic (IVD) analyser, intended for use at the point of care. It combines in a single instrument cell counting and standard haematology analysis — including haemoglobin measurement — together with CRP determination, from whole blood samples.

Its versatility recommends it for a wide range of workflows: from a simple leukocyte differentiation to a complete haematology profile with CRP, all on the same compact device.

Software and hardware

• Results — displayed on a 320 × 240 dot colour LCD screen, with volumetric histograms for WBC, RBC, THR and Eos.
• Printer — built-in thermal, 24 columns / 384 dots.
• Data storage — up to 250 analyses with histograms in protected memory; optionally up to 10,000 analyses with recorded histograms, with the ability to reprint the analyses.
• Languages — French, English and a third language customisable on request (German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.).
• Digital banks — female, male, newborn, control blood, undefined, CRP only.
• Connections — Ethernet port, USB and serial (RS232) ports for exporting results.

Quality control

• Management program based on 3 control levels.
• Complete printable quality control reports, with a QC chart (Levey-Jennings type) for WBC, THR, RBC, MCV and Hb.
• Up to 100 quality control results in protected memory.
